I have a query about my Order

I would like to amend my order

Please make us aware of any amendments you would like to make as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been sent with our couriers we can try and amend your order.

If your order has already been sent, a new order will have to be placed or if you needed to omit a book it can be returned once you receive your parcel. Returns

To amend your order please contact us through the Contact Us Form or Website Order Contacts and make sure to include your order number.

I would like to Cancel my order

As long as your order has not yet been sent with our couriers you can Cancel your order. We will issue a refund to the card used to place the order. Please note refunds can take approximately 7-10 working days to process.

Going on holidays

In the Review and Payment stage of your order there is an option to “Leave a Comment”. You can enter the dates you will be away and we will make a note not to send your order between those dates.

Alternatively, you can provide a different shipping address at checkout or you can select store collection, if the option is available to you at the time of checkout (at certain times of the year we disable this option due to space constraints instore)

Pre Order/ Awaiting Stock

If you checkout an order that has an item that says Pre-Order/ Awaiting stock we will hold your order until the item is back in stock, if we know that it will arrive shortly.

If we know that it is not due for awhile, we will send the rest of your order out with that item to follow as soon as it arrives. Your order status will show as Backorder and we will also include a note in the box informing you of any items to follow.

We update the title of items awaiting stock, with the most up to date availability information from the publisher. If you would like to check on its approximate availability date you can search the item on our website.

Back order

If your order status is Backorder, this means that the bulk of your order has been sent but there are items not currently in stock.

We will send you an email with the items that are on Backorder and will also include a note with your delivery.

We will send these items on as soon as they arrive. We will update the Titles of any of the items we are waiting on with the availability times we have received from the publishers.

So for up-to-date availability times, you can navigate to the title by searching it on our website, or there may be the option to Notify me when this product is in stock .

The fastest way to find a book on our website is to use the Search box at the top of the page if you still can't find what you are looking for, ask us on our Online Chat and if we have it we will link it to you.

If we are not online at the time of placing your order you can add a book to the comments box at checkout and we will try and add it to your order.

Do I Need to Buy All The Books & Stationery On The List (Primary)?

From Sept 2023, schoolbooks and workbooks will be provided by the school. There may be a requirement for parents to buy some additional items for children to use at school such as folders, colours, pencil cases etc . 

Do I Need To Buy All The Books & Stationery On The List ( Secondary)?

Before you begin check which subjects your teenager is studying, and if they are studying at Higher Level or Ordinary Level. Also, check if they have any of the books from the previous year such as Dictionaries, Log Tables, Atlas etc. If you are unsure please contact [email protected]
