My Learner ID 5 is a structured SPHE resource designed to help Fifth Class pupils explore their personal strengths, learning habits and self-awareness as learners.

• Part 1 encourages self-expression through activities such as ‘About Me’, ‘My Strengths’ and ‘About School’
• Helps students reflect on their interests, goals and sense of identity while sharing their worldview with others
• Part 2 introduces key learning dispositions including attention, memory, organisation and metacognition
• Supports formative assessment through reflection cards, peer assessment schedules and teacher prompts
• Accompanied by an Evaluation Booklet to record each learner’s progress and preferred learning strategies
