This is an Irish-language translation of an original short story by Enid Blyton. This story was translated to Irish by Máirín Ní Ghadhra, a journalist with RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta. There are eight books available in the An Cúigear Cróga series now. The book features full colour illustrations by Jamie Littler. The Famous Five are on their way to the cinema when Timmy sees a cat and off he runs after the cat. The Famous Five follow him until they come to an empty house. But is it really empty? Because they hear strange noises coming from inside the house.
